Here is a snack that will also help you get rid of the afternoon drowsiness with a hit of caffeine.
- 10 oz plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup strongly brewed coffee
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 6 strawberries, thinly sliced
- 1 Tablespoon almond butter
- Protein Powder
- Cocoa Nibs
In a bowl, mix Coffee, Chia Seeds, and Yogurt together. Add honey to desired level of sweetness.
Slice the strawberries and set aside.
In a cup or jar of choice, layer the yogurt mixture with almond butter and strawberries. This is also where you can add cocoa nibs or anything else you might want to add.
