Pre-workout, post-workout, or whenever you need a little pick me up, the protein ball is there for you.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut flake
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Preparation

In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients. Scoop and form into 1 tablespoon sized balls. Place in fridge to firm for 30 mins
